1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voice Ninja platform, including our dashboard, APIs and WebSocket services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.Description of Service

Voice Ninja provides tools to build and run AI voice agents, web agents and embeddable website widgets. You can create agents through our UI or programmatically using our APIs and real-time WebSockets. Features include a choice of LLM models, multiple languages, agent transfer, custom tool calls, lead capture and analytics.

3.Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be authorized to use any phone numbers, websites or data you connect to the platform.

4.Pay-As-You-Go and Credits

Voice Ninja operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase credits, and credits are given in proportion to the amount you add. Credits are consumed as your agents run. We will send email reminders when your credits run low, but it remains your responsibility to maintain a sufficient balance. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing, consent and data-protection rules.
• Send spam, fraudulent, deceptive or harassing communications.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its APIs.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful or abusive.

6.APIs and WebSockets

When using our APIs and WebSockets, you agree to any applicable rate limits and technical requirements. We may modify, deprecate or update these interfaces over time, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for the behavior of any agents you build on top of our interfaces.

7.Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, design and content, is owned by Voice Ninja and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create, and you grant us the rights necessary to host and process them to provide the service.

8.Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party providers such as LLM, speech and payment services. Your use of these integrations may be subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

9.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including those relating to intellectual property and liability, survive termination.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
